تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق طلباتك A لطلب التوصيل من المتاجر ولحجز مندوب للمشاوير والطرود. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق عليها بالكامل؛ إن لم توافق، برجاء عدم استخدام الخدمة.

1. استخدام التطبيق

التطبيق مخصّص للاستخدام الشخصي لطلب المنتجات من المتاجر داخل نطاق التغطية، أو طلب مندوب لشراء وتوصيل أغراض أو طرود (الطلب السريع وحجز مندوب). تلتزم باستخدامه بشكل قانوني، وبعدم طلب أي أصناف ممنوعة قانونًا، وبعدم إساءة استخدامه أو محاولة الإضرار به أو استخدامه لغرض احتيالي.

2. الحساب والمسؤولية

تستخدم التطبيق إذا كان عمرك 18 سنة أو أكثر (أو 16 فأكثر بموافقة وليّ الأمر). تقدّم بيانات صحيحة عند التسجيل، وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على رقم هاتفك وحسابك وعن كل ما يتم من خلاله. أنت مسؤول عن الطلبات التي تُنفَّذ من حسابك وعن توفّرك لاستلامها في العنوان والوقت المحدّدين. يحق لنا تعليق أو إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يسيء استخدام الخدمة. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من «حسابي ← حذف الحساب» أو من صفحة حذف الحساب.

3. الطلبات والأسعار والدفع

تظهر الأسعار ورسوم التوصيل وأي حدّ أدنى للطلب داخل التطبيق قبل التأكيد، وقد تتغيّر من وقت لآخر. الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام أو تحويلًا (إنستا باي / فودافون كاش) مع إرفاق إثبات التحويل الذي يراجعه فريقنا قبل تنفيذ الطلب. في الطلب السريع تقترح المبلغ المتوقّع للشراء ويؤكّده فريق التشغيل قبل التنفيذ. قد نضيف وسائل دفع إلكترونية لاحقًا. العروض والخصومات (ومنها خصم العملاء الجدد) تخضع للشروط المعروضة داخل التطبيق وقت الطلب، وتُحسب لكل رقم هاتف وليس لكل حساب، ويحق لنا إيقافها أو تعديلها في أي وقت.

4. التوصيل والإلغاء والاسترجاع

نبذل جهدنا لتوصيل الطلب في وقت مناسب، وقد تتأثّر المدة بالزحام والطقس وحالة المتجر. يمكنك إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء تجهيزه؛ بعد التجهيز قد لا يكون الإلغاء ممكنًا. في حالة وصول طلب خاطئ أو تالف تواصل مع الدعم فورًا لحلّ المشكلة أو ردّ المبلغ حسب الحالة. التطبيق وسيط يربطك بالمتاجر والمندوبين؛ جودة المنتجات ومطابقتها مسؤولية المتجر، وأوقات التوصيل تقديرية وليست مضمونة، ومسؤوليتنا في حدود قيمة الطلب ورسوم توصيله.

5. تعديل الشروط والقانون المطبّق

قد نُعدّل هذه الشروط أو الخدمات في أي وقت، ويسري التعديل فور نشره داخل التطبيق. تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام القانون المصري.

These terms govern your use of the Talabatk A app to order delivery from stores and to book a courier for errands and parcels. By using the app you fully agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Using the app

The app is for personal use to order products from stores within the coverage area, or to request a courier to buy and deliver items or parcels (quick order and courier booking). You agree to use it lawfully, not to order anything legally prohibited, and not to misuse it, attempt to harm it, or use it for any fraudulent purpose.

2. Account and responsibility

You must be 18 or older to use the app (or 16+ with a guardian's consent). You provide accurate details when registering and are responsible for keeping your phone number and account and for everything done through it. You are responsible for orders placed from your account and for being available to receive them at the address and time given. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms or misuses the service. You can delete your account at any time from "My account → Delete account" or the account deletion page.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices, delivery fees and any minimum order are shown in the app before you confirm, and may change from time to time. Payment is cash on delivery or by transfer (InstaPay / Vodafone Cash) with a transfer receipt that our team reviews before the order proceeds. For a quick order you propose the expected purchase amount and the operations team confirms it before it proceeds. We may add electronic payment methods later. Offers and discounts (including the new-customer discount) follow the conditions shown in the app at order time, are counted per phone number rather than per account, and may be changed or stopped at any time.

4. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

We do our best to deliver in reasonable time; it may be affected by traffic, weather and store status. You can cancel before preparation starts; after preparation cancellation may not be possible. If an order arrives wrong or damaged, contact support immediately to resolve it or refund as appropriate. The app is an intermediary connecting you with stores and couriers; product quality and accuracy are the store's responsibility, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and our liability is limited to the value of the order and its delivery fee.

5. Changes to the terms and governing law

We may change these terms or the services at any time, effective once posted in the app. These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
